We do not send out physical tickets; instead, you will receive a confirmation email when you make your booking and a name badge will be waiting for you at the event. Please ensure you accept both the GDPR T&Cs and Request for Future Contact - these preferences can be changed at any time. It is important you accept these terms in order to receive all required information before the event. 

• We operate a 30-day moneyback guarantee on our event purchases.
• If you would like a refund after the 30-day mark, please email admin@traumacare.org.uk. 
• Unfortunately, we cannot refund any orders within 2 weeks of the event taking place.
• All refund requests must be sent to admin@traumacare.org.uk, where one of our team will be happy to assist.

There are rooms available at the venue itself and plenty of hotels in Leeds!

If you have booked more than one ticket for this event, please email admin@traumacare.org.uk with the name(s), profession(s), email address(es) and dietary information of the additional guest(s). They will be manually added to our system, and a separate confirmation email will be sent to them!

Since the end of the pandemic, we have held a strong belief that in-person-only events are the most valuable way to connect, learn and grow as a HCP. As a result, we will not be offering a hybrid or virtual option for our events.
