When will I receive my ticket?
We do not send out physical tickets; instead, you will receive a confirmation email when you make your booking and a name badge will be waiting for you at the event. Please ensure you accept both the GDPR T&Cs and Request for Future Contact - these preferences can be changed at any time. It is important you accept these terms in order to receive all required information before the event.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
- We operate a 30-day moneyback guarantee on our event purchases.
- If you would like a refund after the 30-day mark, please email admin@traumacare.org.uk.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund any orders within 2 weeks of the event taking place.
- All refund requests must be sent to admin@traumacare.org.uk, where one of our team will be happy to assist.
Is there a members' discount?
Of course there is! You can access your member discount by logging in to your member's portal or by clicking on the "Member Tickets" tab at the top!
Is there accommodation nearby?
There are rooms available at the venue itself and plenty of hotels in Leeds!
I've bought more than one ticket, but only one confirmation email was sent?
If you have booked more than one ticket for this event, please email admin@traumacare.org.uk with the name(s), profession(s), email address(es) and dietary information of the additional guest(s). They will be manually added to our system, and a separate confirmation email will be sent to them!
Is this an in-person event?
Since the end of the pandemic, we have held a strong belief that in-person-only events are the most valuable way to connect, learn and grow as a HCP. As a result, we will not be offering a hybrid or virtual option for our events.
Is this event worth CPD Points?
Absolutely! Each day is worth 6 CPD Points. You will receive a Certificate of Attendance once you have filled out a feedback form, which is emailed to you at the end of each day.

Trauma Care was founded in 1996 to address the need for commonly agreed standards of the best clinical practice in the management of trauma. We aim to improve the outcome of the trauma victim by establishing best practice throughout the whole chain of care. We achieve this through education, research and publishing. No other organisation encompasses the diverse specialties involved in the care of trauma victims from the moment of injury, to the return to active life.
