The Foundations in Trauma (FIT) Course is a 2-day live event, designed to introduce health care students and newly qualified practitioners to the principles of assessing and managing the trauma patient. The course is largely practical and scenario-based, and offers a logical, easy-to-follow approach to challenging clinical situations, which is designed to develop the ability and increase the confidence of new practitioners.
FIT includes the management of adult and paediatric trauma from triage to rehabilitation, including the patient's experience.

Submissions for this year's Foundations in Trauma poster competition must cover any aspect around 'The Patient Journey'.
Entries will be reviewed on both days of the course & the winner will be announced Sunday afternoon, please submit your poster entries to admin@traumacare.org.uk to be in with a chance of winning!
