Some Common Questions
Here we have the answers to some of our most common questions. If the answer to your question is not listed below, then please use the floating chat / support function to the right. Live Chat is available Mon - Fri 9am till 5pm, and around the clock when we have a live conference or trauma care event.
We record all of our live webinars so that everyone can access some great CPD on demand. We will edit the recording and publish this on our website within 24 hours of the live event.
The records are available to watch via the "WEBINARS" tab at the top of our website. Alternatively, following this link: www.traumacare.org.uk/webinars.
Please note that on occasion we may be unable to publish a recording of one of our webinars due to the sensitive nature of the content being presented. These webinars will be clearly advertised as "LIVE EVENT ONLY" to ensure you do not miss this.

This will automatically update your postal address.
In just a couple of clicks you can reset your password. Select the "MEMBER LOGIN" option at the top of the screen and this will provide you with a login pop-up. You will see an option for "Forgotten Password". This will then ask for your email address. Submit your request and you will receive an email with next steps.
ABOUT TRAUMA CARE
Trauma Care was founded in 1996 to address the need for commonly agreed standards of best clinical practice in the management of trauma. We aim to improve the outcome of the trauma victim by establishing best practice throughout the whole chain of care. We achieve this through education, research and publishing. No other organisation encompasses the diverse specialities involved in care of trauma victims from the moment of injury, to the return to active life.
