Here we have the answers to some of our most common questions. If the answer to your question is not listed below, then please use the floating chat/support function to the right.
1. How can I access previous CPD webinars?
All of our previous webinars are available to catch up on our Member's Portal.
We also publish new webinars on our YouTube Channel, but these are only available for a limited time!
2. I want to become a member. How do I do this?
To become a member of Trauma Care, simply take a look at our dedicated membership page, which can be accessed by following the "Membership" tab at the top of the page..

You will also find some useful information on a few of the benefits of becoming a member of Trauma Carea and how your membership will support the charity in achieving its aims and objectives.
3. I want to catch-up on previous conference recordings. How do I do this?
Our Conference Recordings are only available to RHP Trauma Care members. The videos can be accessed via our dedicated Membership area. If you are a member, click on the "MEMBER LOGIN" button. Simply type in your username and password, which will take you to your membership area with all the resources.
4. My postal address has changed. How do I update this so I continue to receive my quarterly journal?
No problem. You will need to login to the membership area to update your details.
Select the "MEMBER LOGIN" option at the top of the page, entering your username and password. Once logged in you will see a "Profile" icon to the top right of your screen that will take you to your user details. Simply update your details and save. This will automatically update your postal address.
5. I have forgotten my password. How do I reset this?
In just a couple of clicks, you can reset your password. Select the "MEMBER LOGIN" option at the top of the screen and this will provide you with a login pop-up. You will see an option for "Forgotten Password". This will then ask for your email address. Submit your request, and you will receive an email for the next steps.

Trauma Care was founded in 1996 to address the need for commonly agreed standards of the best clinical practice in the management of trauma. We aim to improve the outcome of the trauma victim by establishing best practice throughout the whole chain of care. We achieve this through education, research and publishing. No other organisation encompasses the diverse specialties involved in the care of trauma victims from the moment of injury, to the return to active life.
